The team first challenge is building and delivering end to end experiences to the PC leveraging and collaborating with the devices around the PC such as phones and tablets. What will you do?

• Manages an expanding team of software engineers and architects.
• Responsible for the design, development, validation, debugging, optimization, customer engagement, and/or product support of software for specific Intel product segments or technologies. In charge of a strategic technological domain, our Windows application, which drives this network of connected devices. Oversees the development of software across multiple layers of the stack including Application software and tools, infrastructure, platform and SDK support.
• Provides direction and goals to the group to ensure efficient operation and sound engineering practices are followed and interacts with stakeholders internal and/or external to Intel.
• Sets priorities, achieves results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, mentors employees, and manages performance.

Qualifications

• Experienced SW Team Leader with at least seven years' experience
• Experience in team building and recruitment
• Experience in leading architectural discussions
• Proven experience with a full agile development cycle
• Experience with complex Application development (Windows/Linux/Mobile etc).
• Experience in multithreaded programming .
• Experience with C/C++ (Most of the actual coding is in C# and TypeScript)
• Good familiarity with TCP/IP, UDP networking protocols.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
