AI algorithm engineer intern

Job Description

AI Model, especially LLM model compression is a hotspot of AI performance optimization field. We are looking for passionate Intern talent to explore the training/finetuning recipe and maintain low-bit model leaderboard.

Qualifications

� Master's or Ph.D. student in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields � Strong background in deep learning, LLMs, or NLP � Hands-on experience with fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., Mistral, LLaMA, Qwen) � Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch. � Basic knowledge of frontend development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) � Passion for technology and innovation, with a strong drive to explore and push boundaries � Familiarity with model compression techniques (e.g., quantization, pruning) is a plus � At least 3 days per week, able to commit to a one-year internship Location: Shanghai
