Capital Deals and SCIP Finance Specialist
Job Description
The Manufacturing Capital Team manages the largest share of Intel’s Capital Expenditures budget, playing a critical role in the company’s IDM 2.0 strategy and the Intel Foundry organization. This team directly influences Intel’s financial performance, impacting the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Intel Foundry is seeking a highly motivated Finance Specialist to support the SCIP1 and SCIP2 deals. This role plays a crucial part in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and auditing activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial management, compliance, and strategic decision making.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Financial Forecasting and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models for SCIP1 and SCIP2, ensuring accurate revenue and expense projections.
- Reporting and Financial Statements: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis, and present key insights to senior management.
- Quarterly Audits and Compliance: Manage quarterly audits, ensuring adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Deal Performance Monitoring: Track financial performance of SCIP1 and SCIP2, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, legal, and accounting
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis, forecasting, or reporting experience, ideally in a corporate finance or technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Excel, SAP or similar ERP, and financial modeling; knowledge of GAAP and audit processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or CPA
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
