Wireless AI Software Engineering Intern

Job Description

侧重于协助工程师完成各种技术任务 ，例如：

• 设置和配置 AI 软件/硬件环境
• 执行和优化 AI 模型训练迭代
• 独立开发无线应用的 AI/ML 模块和功能
• 为  5G 高级和 Pre-6G 技术的持续开发工作做出贡献

Qualifications

所需基本技能和资格：

• 计算机科学、电气工程、软件工程或相关领域的硕士或博士学位
•  具有 Python 或 C/C++ 编程经验
• 了解 5G 技术和  标准（3GPP 第 15/16/17 版）
• 熟悉 TCP/IP 协议、Windows/Linux作系统和计算机架构。
• 对 AI/ML 概念的基本理解，包括监督/无监督学习范式和神经网络架构
• 展示使用现代开发工具（例如 VS Code 中的 Python）实施基本 ML 解决方案的能力
• 创新和积极主动的心态
• 较强的团队合作和沟通能力

优先资格：

• 较强的 C/C++ 编程技能
• 精通 Python 编程，并在 AI 框架 （PyTorch/TensorFlow） 和模型优化技术方面拥有丰富的经验
• 现代 ML 工具链（Git 版本控制、Jupyter Notebook、可视化框架）的实践知识
• 在从原型设计到部署的整个实施周期中开发 AI 相关项目的实践经验。
• 以下任一领域的专业知识：5G 无线 AI 系统设计/雷达信号处理和传感算法
• 微服务架构（Restful、Docker/Kubernetes）的云原生开发经验
• 良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力。
• 适应在全球跨职能团队中有效工作。
