Job Description

Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.

Qualifications

This position involves quality assuring compact models generated by our group, while working in a highly interactive team environment. Responsibilities include: � Quality assuring compact models across multiple technology nodes. � Maintaining, improving and writing new python scripts to automate the QA process. Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing Masters in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering or related fields with exposure to semiconductor devices. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with the following qualifications will have an added advantage: � Graduate-level coursework or projects related to device simulation, circuit simulation, or compact model development. � Expertise in Python scripting for data analysis and automation. � Cognitive flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving software environment. � Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.

Working Model
