Job Description

We are looking for an energetic team member with a passion for servicing customers with uncompromising quality and integrity. The selected applicant will be part of an enterprise Product Data Management (PDM) administration team responsible for administering Intel's global Windchill PDM environment.
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
- Must be a self-motivated, quick learner who is goal-oriented and is passionate about quality of output.
- Willing to demonstrate responsibility in producing results with some supervision and guidance.
- Advanced Customer Service skills.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications, you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master´s or PhD in Computer Science, Technology Information, Systems engineering or related (at least 1 year remaining as an active student).
- 3+ months of experience working with:
- Web server knowledge on Apache, Tomcat and IIS.
- Oracle and SQL installation, maintenance, and tuning.
- OS knowledge such as: Windows Server (management, domains, IIS, Active directory and security), Windows and Linux.
- Network configuration, monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Network protocols such as: HTP, HTTPS, FTPS and SSH.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:
- Basic knowledge on Product Data Management (PDM) Systems or enterprise systems.
- Environment automation and custom code development/maintenance.
- Windows performance configurations/monitoring.
- Server hardware knowledge for specifying appropriate systems.
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, DevOps).
- Basic knowledge of API development and perform.
- Basic knowledge of Shell scripting.
- Networking expertise (LAN, WAN).
- Knowledge and use of Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE and XML.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
