Hire to Retire Accounting is a fast-paced and high-performing functional organization within Corporate Accounting that owns the GL and financial reporting for 18B of annual compensation and benefits spending. The organization works closely with our Global HR, ICAP Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance, and IT partners to account for changes within the Intel environment affecting its workforce or the compensation of said workforce.

We are looking for a finance analyst that has working knowledge in finance, accounting, forecasting, hiring, retirement, compensation, or benefits.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

• The candidate will independently and proactively analyze financial information, model financial scenarios, and follow through key deliverables that support the financial statement finalization.

• Supports key stakeholders, coach a small team of individual contributors, prioritize and drive goal setting in a dynamic environment.

A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits:

• Is aware of all the stakeholders in decision-making and responds to customer requests in a timely manner.

• In addition, the candidate should be a key point of contact as matter expert in the area, provide and support the company with the compliance of internal policies.

• Effective coaching skills to help guide more junior team members.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.

• 4+ years of related practical experience on Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Planning, forecasting, or accounting.

• Advanced English level.

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Macros, and Queries.

• Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

• Experience with Power BI, Knime or any Data visualization or analytics tools.

• Passion and knowledge for Process Automation, standardization, and business process management.

Working Model
