AMHS(Automated Material Handling System) Software Engineer

Job Description

Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.

Designs, develops, sustains, tests, validates, and debugs software to enable and support AMHS Control systems (MCS, etc) and AMHS working platform-SAR.NET and . May work across multiple layers of the software stack spanning firmware, drivers, operating systems, database platforms, storage platforms, network/firewall, middleware, frameworks, algorithms, automated material handling systems, and/or applications for mission critical distributed enterprise systems spanning a large number of clients/servers and applications across multiple operating systems, specific technology, product/platform, or Manufacturing segment.

This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed updates and steps related to this transaction.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in adeittion to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: o Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation, Information Management or related flelds � Has basic to intermediate programming skills � Data extraction analysis including SQL query writing for Oracle or Microsoft database � Verbal and written communication skills in English. � Strong analytical and problem solving skills � A team player Resourceful, creative and innovative in coming out with ideas to resolve issues Preferred Qualifications: Factory Automation System Knowledge. � Factory Business Acumen with a proven track record of working successfully with customers or different people. � Ability to lead taskforces and projects within organization and with system users
