Memory Design Full Time Intern

Job Description

You will be part of the Corporate Memory Organization Memory Compiler Team and will work on significant engineering and implementation tasks in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Layout design, compiler tiler coding, reliability verification (RV), and characterization
• Providing engineering solutions to address memory implementation challenges across various product segments
• Memory Compiler implementation flow/methodology development
• Interface with circuit design engineers, design automation engineers and layout design engineers

Qualifications

• You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:
• Students pursuing a Bachelor degree in EECS or related major with good CGPA
• Good communication skills and proficient in English
• Knowledge on Unix, VLSI Design, Memory design, digital circuit design is major plus

Working Model
