In this position, you will be part of Intel Network and Edge Group, working in Product Support and Enabling Team. NEX Product Support and Enabling Team always strive to make our world a better place using Intel technology in partnership with our customers with the top mission to accelerate our customers and partners to differentiate through our world class support and services

As a System and Hardware Enabling Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop platforms with Intel architecture for Core, Atom and Xeon segments. You will also have the opportunity to provide direct support to the customer via design review services ensuring customer's product design quality and integrate customer voices on market and industry preference towards early influence to platform planning.

Responsibilities includes

• Provides technical support to customer for solutions that incorporate one or more Intel products and technologies, helping customer to deliver quality design, accelerating overall design cycle and time to market readiness
• Develops platform design guideline checking module and tools preparation for design review services
• Evaluates and develops new tools/ software to improve overall efficiency that optimize product quality and performance.
• Evaluate and Integrate Customer's Design/ Voice of customer via Data Mining and bring the voices back to PAE/ Engineering/ Planning team to deliver the best solution to our customers
• Partners with different stakeholder to ensure smooth product ramp through integrating customer requirements during early planning, reviewing customer's design on quality assurance and mitigating customer design challenges by providing the right recommendation on design review improvement

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Familiar with embedded systems, computer system/board designs
• Familiar with Cadence/ Allegro Tools
• Familiar with circuit design/ circuit theory, understanding of electrical component and characteristics
• Excellence in communication (verbal and written) with ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders (eg. Marketing, Silicon Design Engineers/Architect, Validation Engineers and Customers).
• Familiar/ Experience in computer system issues debug under Intel Architecture
• Familiar/ Experience in conducting simulation on Power or Signal Integrity

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
