Server UEFI Firmware Development Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a UEFI BIOS and Firmware developer for Intel Server Platform FW Development team in Shanghai. You will be working with a group of talented engineers to develop and deliver UEFI based system firmware for Intel Architecture based server platforms supporting local and global CSP and Data Center customers. In this position your responsibilities will include: Learn the key technologies and features of Intel XEON server silicon and develop the UEFI based BIOS reference code for Intel platforms. Keep learning latest industry AI technologies/methodologies and integrate them into firmware development best practices. Be creative on innovative ideas and continuously drive the improvement of Intel BIOS reference code to be a preferred choice of customers.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, EE or related field. Proficiency in C/Python programming. Knowledge of computer architecture. Knowledge of software engineering practices including design review, code review, source control management, build process and testing. Self-motivated and good team player. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GenAI/LLM (training, deployment, applications). Master degree in Computer Science, EE or related field.
