Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
� A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
� Strong software development skills with proficiency in programming languages such as Python (must), C++, Java, or similar.
� Experience with software development methodologies and tools, including version control systems (e.g., Git), debugging tools, and integrated development environments (IDEs).
� Familiarity with design automation tools and methodologies.
� Experience working with the Unix operating system.
� Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to address complex technical challenges and communicate information effectively.
� Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of fostering effective teamwork across global design and validation teams and managing diverse customer scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:
� Several years of experience in software development within the context of design automation tools.
� Experience in facilitating team project execution.
� Ability to technically mentor team members.
� Experience with CAD front-end design and validation tools.
� Experience in RTL design and Dynamic Verification (DV).

Working Model
