HR Systems Optimization Business Solution Analyst
Job Description
The HR Systems Optimization Business Solution Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving HR operational excellence through the optimization and automation of Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS). As a catalyst for the HR Global Services (HRGS) transformation, this role involves leading the strategic development and implementation of cloud-based solutions, AI solutions, and business process automation platforms, but also champion critical thinking, data analysis, benchmarking, problem solving, and business-process reengineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is part of the global HR organization, within the HRGS group, and reports to the Process and Systems Optimization (PSO) Senior Director.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the transformation and optimization of HR systems, including Cloud and AI solutions, and business process automation platforms.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and oversee E2E planning and execution. Technology Innovation:
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, creating strategies for their adoption.
- Champion the adoption of cutting-edge capabilities to optimize HR processes for hyper-efficiency and cost. Data Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize critical thinking, benchmarking, and analytics to drive process reengineering and optimization.
- Leverage business intelligence tools to measure the impact of HR technology initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Mentorship:
- Engage with individual contributors and managers, serving as mentor to foster strategic thinking and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across HRGS, HR, IT, and other corporate teams.
Governance and Compliance:
- Establish governance frameworks for cloud and automation platforms, ensuring data integrity, privacy, and compliance with global regulations.
- Align HR processes with international standards and best practices.
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years work-related experience
- 10 years leadership experience with at least 5 years of leading a large cross-functional organizations managing greater than 50 employees
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in solving complex problems using data analysis, statistics, automation, and AI, driving collaboration among individuals with varied working styles and expertise.
- Experience developing large-scale strategies and aligning decision-makers, stakeholders, and teams to ensure smooth implementation and on-timely delivery.
- Optimizing systems, processes, and organizations to improve outcomes, financial performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Expertise in technology evaluation, benchmarking, problem-solving techniques, strategic planning, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., EtE Lean processes).
- Knowledge of RPA/RDA (UiPath), business process automation capabilities, Generative AI, machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and data science tools.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and mentor diverse teams, and to influence at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional, dynamic environments and build robust networks.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster an inclusive environment.
